Fast friendly service with explanation given
Churchdown Computers are well aware that every Customer is different. Some Customers just want a fast resolution to their problem while others would like to know how we plan to fix a problem and what they can do to prevent the same thing from happening again. We are happy to share our knowledge with any Customer on request.
Slow Computer Problem
There are many things that can cause a slow Computer including Malware and Potentially Unwanted Programs. However, a lack of disk space, a lack of memory, a large number of programs launching at startup or a failing hard disk are also possible causes. Call us and we will speed things up for you.
Loss of Internet connection or wi-fi
You may be struggling with poor service from your Internet service provider or just struggling to get wi-fi to a far flung corner of your house. We can help with these issues recommending the best and cheapest way to cover the areas where you have problems.

Churchdown Computers are happy to offer FREE telephone support to existing Customers. To qualify for this service you simply have to purchase any service and you will get future telephone support for the same fault plus any new issues. This service is subject to a reasonable use clause and home visits are excluded.
Work carried out in your own home
Many people are concerned about their Computer being taken away, followed by a long wait and a large bill. Churchdown Computers carry out all work apart from major repairs in your own home with an estimate provided up front where required.
New Printer setup or Printer fault
You may have bought a new Printer and be struggling to get it setup or your existing Printer might be suffering from poor quality print. Many customers are concerned that when we start working on a job that the cost will get out of hand and reach the point where it would be better to purchase a new Computer. To ease the worry of this happening we automatically switch you to a half day rate as soon as a job reaches two and a half hours. This means that you get up to four hours assistance for the price of two and a half.
